    Health course informs, updates, and develops health habits that enhance each person's lifestyle. Information learned in this class immediately benefits the student with lifelong habits and understandings for growth and development into adulthood. Subjects learned through the course may include living healthy lifestyles, physical fitness, diseases, other health problems. Healthy choices lead to healthy lifestyle, and this course will cover most, if not all, these issues.
